Solve NNLS problem using Cholesky factorization of the normal equations for nP < 15
Cache waveform template and improve template resolution
Remove unneeded basis functions and unused data bins
Separate threshold for including basis times from noise threshold, the latter is still 2 ADC counts, the former is now 3 ADC counts
Start basis function series one bin earlier, allowing a significantly better fit on FADC 3-bin chargestamps
Increase density of basis functions, allowing a better fit for most waveforms
Increase number of deweighted FADC bins for waveforms with ATWD support
