Implemented COG seed procedure from the SeededRTCleaning project, which is used by the EHE group
Put the specialized version of isOutputFrameObjectEmpty for I3RecoPulseSeriesMapMask also in the header file, so it can be used
Add parameter StoreEmptyResults with default value set to ‘True’ in order to have the same behaviour as SeededRTCleaning for empty results

Implemented DOM-link configuration scheme to simplify configuration for sub-detectors like PINGU. One can now configure the SeededRT algorithm with individual DOM-DOM-link ST configurations (e.g. different ones for IC-IC, DC-DC and IC-DC DOM links)
Change %lu to %zu where the argument is of size_t, in order to prevent compile warnings on the build bots
Remove unused variable in OMKeySet::Contains
Create shared_ptr types by hand instead of using I3_POINTER_TYPEDEFS
