- Add an alternate "muon_geometry" function (called "muon_bundle_geometry") which computes times and 
  distances relative to a "truncated" Cherenkov cone, representing a primitive model of a muon bundle with 
  some lateral distribution described by a radius.  
  The bundle produces Cherenkov light which is planewave-like inside the radius and cone-like outside of it.
  Also modified: I3RecoLLH and I3RecoLLHFactory, to have bundle_radius as an additional argument (default 0).
  Also added: associated pybindings.
  Also found and corrected an issue with the test_muon_geometry.py test, and added some C++ tests of the I3RecoLLH. (#3337)
- Harvest PMT orientation directions (for Gen1, these are all "straight down", but not necessarily so in the future),
  and add this orientation as an input to muon_bundle_geometry function, so that it can compute "cosine(eta)" correctly
  for non-Gen1 otherly-oriented PMT's. (#3337)
